Why they suck

He's been in charge for seven years and the stock has been almost cut in half in that time. One can see a few years of under performance- especially following Jack Welch, but now its time for the board to make some hard decisions and look out for the shareholders. Jeffy boy had to go- stop destroying market cap to to wait and see if he can deliver. After 7 years, its obvious- he's not Jack Welch and he's no Lou Gestner. He is just an ok manager who is in over his head at General Electric.

My suggestions to Jeffrey Immelt CEO General Electric

Change CEO's. Its time to go. The board will really suck if they don't take action at this point.

My solutions / alternatives to fellow ranters

don't touch this stock until the board decides to show loyalty to the shareholders instead of management. It's time for some fiduciary responsibility and accountability by the board of GE.
