Why they suck

Frequently, my Mac Entourage stops responding. Usually when I have a large number of outgoing emails. I spent a lot of time with tech support at Microsoft only to discover that this is just a Mac/MS bug where both companies point the finger at the other. You get pretty tired of watching that spinning wheel, while the whole email system is frozen.

My suggestions to Entourage for Mac Not Responding

Fix the bug and offer better tech support

My solutions / alternatives to fellow ranters

Here's how to fix it: Force close Entourage, then relaunch it while holding the shift key- this disengages the data. You can then delete all or some of the emails that you have in your outbox.
