Why they suck

THey are all greedy bastards and they should do more the their employees. Just look at Lehman, Bear Sterns, WaMu, et al

My suggestions to CEOs

Every CEO should work on the floor or at each position within their firms for a period of time. That way they would get to know what the workers really go through.

My solutions / alternatives to fellow ranters

work for a company where the CEO earn no more then 6 times the lowest salary of anyone in the organization and where EVERYONE shares in the profits of the company.
