Why they suck

lawyers make millions while the plaintiffs get a few coupons or cents on the dollar. Judges certify the class and the companies pretty much have to pay. Basically its organized blackmail. Just look at what Dickie Scurggs and Milberg Weiss did- we need politicians who can stop this racket.

My suggestions to Class action lawsuits

There should be a much higher hurdle to class certification and most Class Actions should be promoted to federal court.
