Why they suck

They have lost their direction. The also screwed their shareholders royally but being smug about Micorsoft's offer. Sure, no one wants to work for Microsoft, but they traded at $18 before the offer- beggers can't be choosers- even in Silicon Valley!

My suggestions to yahoo

new management- first they brought Semal and he was just a suit with a good sense of timing. Then they floundered about with the founder and now they face the music- hire someone like Meg Whitman
