Why they suck

I can not access my Directv account since AT&T bought them out and AT&T customer support always tells me its my problem !!!! HMMMMM Never had a problem before ? So YOU tell me AT&T what to do

My suggestions to NO web response ATT SUKS

Fix your Logon on !!!! I have been told to change my password 6 times to NO avail
