Why they suck

Rent goes up every year. The upkeep and repair of the property goes down every year. Really poor landscaping and parking lot. Really poor response to tenants needs. No customer service.

My suggestions to My greedy lazy landlord

Repair or replace the appliances when they break Duh! and stop thinking that you need a raise every stinking year when I don't get one.

My solutions / alternatives to fellow ranters

There needs to be a tenant union of some kind. All of the lease laws benefit the landowner and not the tenant. We need to have some sort of Lazy Landlord report that tells people who not to rent from before they get stuck in a lease. Leases need to be breakable if the Landlord sucks majorly.
