Why they suck

customer for 35 yrs mom doesnt drive. it s parked veh 5 yrs old and has 4100 miles on! she just paid for the yr ins on it . i told my mother sell the car pocket the money and cancell ins , cus there no sensce having ins if you dont drive.

My suggestions to aaa sucks

well the policy was $671.00 for the yr. i'll put 40 mile on it a yr! just to keep up the battery. when we cancelled the ins. they charge her 33% fee ....I asked them this is what you do to a loyal customer? you bend her over and XXX her for 33% of her annul fee...that really fucked up

please find your insurance on the internet the company are willing to deal..AAA real nice in the beginning then they'll bait and switch the fee$$$ do a little homework it'll pay off
