Why they suck

I have a problem with my unit. I cannot access the support site because they tell me the phone number I type in is not my phone number. Gee, I guess they should know what my phone number is. So, I guess I just wasted a few hundred dollars.

My suggestions to Customer support sucks

Actually allow people to access their customer "support"
