Why they suck

I've been trying to buy a foreclosure for 5 months now.. and they just keep getting in the way and putting roadblocks in the path. Meanwhile the house just sits there getting in worse shape. They're not helping the housing recovery, they're hindering it.

My suggestions to Fannie Mae

Take them over by the government. Right now they are a publicly traded company and are only interested in profit margins. And stop giving them any more tax money for their bad management practices!
