Why they suck

I got there early real early.GAINESVILLE FLORIDA US AIR closed their check in early, because the people that do the check in also does the loading of luggage. Their remark to the 11 people waiting to get checked in "Maybe you people have learned a lesson and will get here even earlier next time."

My suggestions to US AIR SUCKS

GET NEW PERSONEL @ the Gainesville,Florida Airport.
