Why they suck

Unwilling to assist customers in rectifying what can only be described as the airline's own screw ups. Nasty, rude employees. Send our bags on a flight we were unable to get seats on...broke every FAA rule..there were 5 pieces of unaccompanied luggage on a flt to Aruba this morning..
