Why they suck
OK...so I worked 13 hours today so I really did not feel like cooking. Thought, OK...I will stop by Taco Bell and get a Nacho Supreme...NOTHING SUPREME about it. The order taker was nice enough...but the food...SUX. I ordered my item with LIGHT BEANS...I get home with my food and it is all freaking beens and just a sprinkling of BEEF...(If that is what you want to call it). I call and ask for the manager and explain my problem. She said "well I made that and I did put light beans on it" I am like...OK>..well I am sitting here looking at it and I hardly see any beef at all...and there are a bunch of beans. THen I get the excuse she put half the normal portion of beans...LIE...I used to work at Taco Bell...I know the portions. The beef that was on it was dry..there was barely any nacho cheese. I told her I was not happy with my food and could not stand to eat it. She then started back peddling and said I could come in for a remake tomorrow if I like...I said yea...sure...ok. (LIKE THAT IS GOING TO MAKE IT BETTER TONIGHT) I am hungry, tired, and ticked off.

My suggestions to Taco Bell
Less beans, more beef and fresh stuff...it should look like nacho supreme...not like a pile of bean dip. And...DO NOT ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER!

Why they suck
I just paid $2.29 for a Burrito Supreme that looks like something from the kid's menu. There's barely any lettuce or tomato in it, no sour cream to speak of and it's so small, they are now folding BOTH ends of it. Not to mention, it has NO flavor. Same for the DD taco - which also has shrunk. Oh, it's the same tortillas - they're just not putting much in them.

My suggestions to Taco Bell
Give us what we pay for. I understand times are tough - so raise the prices a little. Nothing more disappointing than paying for the same item and getting the shrunken cousin, passed off as the real thing. Also, does anybody at TB speak English?

Go to Del Taco. The food is better, and less expensive. They're a smaller company, so maybe they care a little more? Not much English spoken there either, though. Sigh...
