Why they suck

To be honest I don't know whether the foundation cream is any good because I CAN'T GET THE DAMN PACKAGE OPEN!! I can flip open the little sponge holder but I can't get at the cream itself. The compact or whatever it is looks as if it should unscrew but it doesn't. I thought I was getting senile but 16-year old smart aleck daughter couldn't get it open either. So it is going back to the store.

My suggestions to CoverGirlOlay Simply Ageless Foundation

Put the stuff in something your average non-rocket scientist person can actually get into. This is not the Hope Diamond travelling through a dodgy section of town. It's flipping cheap face goop.
