Why they suck

they seem to want people to really keep renewing their contracts on a regular basis...when I let mine lapse, I had to take about 2 hours to get it reactivated. Sure, I like the convenience of paying by the time I use: but please make it easier to use on as needed basis!

My suggestions to tracfone

Make it a whole lot less time consuming to reactivate phone once the service contract lapses
