Why they suck
|
Ordered a bit screen TV with the hopes that I would have it in time for a vist from my parents. Nothing in Costco's delivery terms indicated that it would take 2 weeks to deliver, but two weeks later- no TV. The offer "white glove" delivery but when you chose that options it doesn't really tell you what that means. I guess it means you have to wait 2 weeks to get your product- maybe they should call it wait-glove shipping.
Seems the shipping was delayed because, the had my wrong phone number and when their shippers called, the got no answer- so they just sent it back to Charlotte for a few days- Only problem with that lame excuse, is that they had my email and they actually had me new phone number on my email when I wrote 3 days prior to inquire about when it would be delivered- Just its just the customer's fault as usual.

My suggestions to Costco

better website, better coordination with their shippers, better follow up on customer inquiries, better everything. I used to like Costco, but now they suck!

Try Amazon, their prices are usually as good or better, their inventory is less out of date, and they usually get you your products in days, not weeks!
